Hi!
I had enrolled my Son in Oda’s class and enrolled him for a long-term course of Rs 15999. I was told the long-term course is for Classes 1 and 2 for two years. I got the enrollment on Sep 23 and on March 24 end they removed my access.
Now my Son is unable to join class 2.
I tried contacting them through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, but there was no proper response or guidance.
One of the oda team members in whats app updated me saying that my number is registered only for recording sessions. I asked them whom to contact further to resolve issues but no response. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
I have emailed their support team several times but no response from their end. This is the email id mentioned in the app and in their website (support@pigeonedu.com).
Kindly intervene and help me.
Fraud is also happening to kids’ education.
