I had been emailing ODA Support with details for refund of Rs. 17999 by constantly doing follow ups adding regular reminders since a week before the start of Class 6 batch enrolled this year i.e. 2024. They have tortured me enough playing mind tricks by sparsely responding with false promises that they follow a refund process and the money will be funded soon, then they just ignore and nothing happens for days/weeks after their reply. It’s been more than a month and a week since I initiated the refund request and they just leave good signs of scam(don’t reveal their identity, hesitate to respond by phone, Show reluctance, do not provide any time duration required to process the refund) Kindly assist as it’s urgent. My number: 8971401022. Kindly request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action and help me claim my refund.
