Dear Flipkart team
I have order the portronics OD329368142143971100 fire boltt cobra 9 october 2023 the order was shipment by your ekart logistics with shipment number – FMPC3119060614 on date 11 OCTOBER 2023 in nearest hub . The order was delivered by your executive on date 11 OCTOBER 2023 . On the same day 11 OCTOBER 2023 when I received the order create video , I saw the product was NOT WORKING and look like a repairable product is delivered by your vendor merchant name – Tech connect retail pvt ltd. On the same thing I was posting image of this product in flipkart need help options and also i have a video for the same. I called the customer care on 12october their saying that there is no return or no refund for this product and i have to visit the service center for this dameged product(its not swicting on and not charging only) . Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible also attached the product image for your reference. I also complain the same thing in consumer help lines about Flipkart’s
