Hi,
I have placed order on 27th May 2021 and expected delivery was on 29th May 2021. this was the 2nd time i am ordering same mobile phone as earlier order (OD121699249565332000) got cancelled without any information.
The product not delivered, i have contacted customer care several times regarding the delivery of the product but it seems all efforts are waste of time.
I have requested customer care people to provide me with the logistics partner/ courier partner number so that i will take delivery from their location that information is not available with the customer care people and they don’t even try and simply says we will solve the issue 3 to 5 days which never happened.
Why showcase big offers & great discounts and false promises when products are not deliverable by flipkart.
Final solution by customer care is very disappointing asking me to cancel the order from my side.
I want to get delivery of my product.
