I received a message on 12/07/2020 asking that are you looking for a data entry job on quikr and I said yes.They sent me a sample image of a form for showing me about the work I have to do and they told me that they will give me 1400 forms which I have to complete within 10 days for which they will pay weekly.They also told me that I need not have to pay any registration fees they will deduct it from my salary and I agreed.After that they asked me to send my Resume and Aadhar card for ID proof and I send it to them. Then they told me agreement completed my registration process.They didn’t mention their company name to me. The next day morning when I searched in Google I have seen several complaints against such a company asking to complete data entry work within 10 days for 1400 forms. Before they call me I asked their company name through whatsapp and they sent me. agreement file. i told him not interested now they are asking me pay amount agreement registration fee. please help me sir i am middle class family and unemployed daily torturing me.

Days they said my QC failed to pay 7100 registration fee and blackmailing they have agreement I can’t signed in that agreement it is digitally signed one they mailed me after 10 days they and torturing so take action against octavic services please sir they frauded so many members mainly students
They are threatening me. Pleases take a action about this company. So many people have disturbed because of this like me.i am student just now gradutaed and now unemployed from a middle class family. How could someone like me should take this. So please take action

Dear Dharani Kumar N ,
We have received your file from Octavic services and your case due to the clearance and found that still your Arbitration Process has been pending if you want to clear your section on you then kindly pay the fee Rs.78,500/- and clear your case after your file will be close and you will get the clearance letter from the company side or we need to forward your file to send for the legal action in delhi arbitrary court.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
Summon Letter : if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.
Failure to obey a summons may result in an issue of warrant of arrest and Not settling the dispute will land you in a mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.
Note : Today till 01:00 Pm you have time to clear your matter and you have to pay in the company’s account which is available in your registered mail account.

They calling continuously harassing and blackmailing to pay the money , middle class student how can the that huge amount , please helpme out the harasssing , blackmailing please take the action as much as possible , its a future of middle class student .
They email me to resolve the case now Today I received another message from octavic Services They are telling me to pay Rs 29700. How could I pay I am a middle class guy, and Now unemployed, Searching Job .please help me out of the problem
