Dear Sir,
I am Snehasish Acharjee, From West Bengal. I found a data entry job in quicker. Then I got a Whatsapp message from 9712100156, named Octavic Services on 04/12/2020 at 12:32 PM. They told me about the job like – I must have a Laptop/Desktop to getting this job, They will send me Data (1400) form & give me 10 days to complete, for this workout they pay me Rs. 25 – per correct form, and accuracy must be 90% (1260 form). I send them that I am interested in this work and they told me to send my Aadhar Card , Photo. I have sent them. They told me after some time that a mail is send by them and I checked my mail, they told me to click a link given in my mail. I clicked on it & they said me that your agreement is done, after that they told me that “someone call you for verification and you answer all the question in YES”. After some time a call is coming on my number and they told me that if I not complete the work within days then I have to pay Rs. 7100/- or if I complete my work then they will dedicate the amount from my salary. I accept it. After some time another Company call me for another data entry job, Named ZYLON SERVICE from 6357165206. They also told me the same process and I do as per their guideline. After that in my mail they send me the Agreement Paper. I saw the paper and found same as OCTAVIC SERVICES agreement.
After that I told both the company that how is this possible that the agreement papers of others company will same as your company , like agreement paper issue date, agreement papers number, agreement paper issuing person, Issuing time. I also attached the both file with compare, please find the attachment. After that I told them to show me the Company Documents for confirmation of genuine. They told me that they are unable to show me the papers as per their company rules, and if I want to the details they said that all details are in agreement papers. But in this agreement papers there are nothing accept company name. I told them but they did not respond. After that I send email both of the company (help4formsfilling@gmail.com) , (help4captcha01@gmail.com) & call them on thier helpline number 7575012114/7575010085 , 9909901496/9909901487 on 07/12/2020. Form 05/12/2020 to 07/12/2020 I continue their work and also send them daily message to send me the genuine documents. But on 07/12/2020 from OCTAVIC SERVICES , they told me if I have any doubt then they will cancel my registration and send my file to cancellation department. I said YES, send the file to cancellation department or send me the genuine documents, therefor I continue my work. After that some one call me 7096197902 from this number and said that I have to pay Rs. 7100/- for cancellation or they take legal action against me as per agreement. I told him that I don’t want cancel if you share your legal documents of your company. But he said the same that they don’t show me. After that he told he take legal action against me and disconnect the call. Then I afraid and continue my work. After that today (08/12/2020) I completed 75% of the work and then a email comes from the helpline email of OCTAVIC SERVICE, and said that my file is send to the cancellation department for further details call on 7096197902. I call him and said that don’t cancel my registration I have no money to pay you. Then he said that he cancel my registration and if I want to continue my work I have to pay 7100/- on the following account details :-

and told me that if I unable to pay Rs. 7100/- on this account till 11:39 AM they take legal action against me. But I unable to pay the amount, and they send me a message that they take legal action on me.
Now what can I do sir? Please help.
