Hi Sir,
I am not aware one of my friend has taken the loan on your company. He has not informed me of taking a loan from your company. I have seen in their application while filling details he has given my name and contact details mentioned as a sibling. Ocash company people (AMIT) called me informed your friend took a loan from ocash app. I was shocked without informed me he took the loan. Today Amit has called me from his number 8929038548 and he has scolded me in the unparliamentary language your friend has not paid the money. I said you can call and ask and he started scolding in Hindi unparliamentary language. Why you took the loan if you are not paying the money.
I have recorded the call while talking to me. Tomorrow morning I am going to put a case on ocash company employee. Please take the necessary action on your side. I have not taken a single penny from ocash company then that guy talking to me with very irresponsible vulgar words and he is telling I will include your name also to put a case. Instead of you, people put a case I will put a case on behalf of your company employee. If I took money from your company then you can ask why u have not paid. Amit is bleddy rascal taking to me that guy has given his own money for me. I will go for legal on behalf of Amit resignation. My sincere suggest this kind of worst fellows they’re are unfit for the job. They don’t know how to talk to people in a polite manner. Is it your company providing this kind of skill to talk to people? I have tried customer care at that time it’s not working. I have attached the screenshot.
If you people don’t have to talk properly then what is the use of your company running. You should ask who has taken money to do multiple follow-ups when you will pay for the loan with interest.
I have recorded also while he is taking vulgar language and shouted why you are talking like that then i shouted.
