I am Mr Virendra J Gawli, tenant of A707 Mathuresh krupa society, Global City, Virar West, Palghar 401303.
I have a strong objection regarding installation of the Mobile network tower at our society terrace.
Decision was taken long back in the AGM, and was informed that as per majority society will be installing mobile network towers.
The installation process should have been started within three months after the decision was made.
After three months society should again conduct a meeting regarding the same.
Society also has to submit noc from the owners of top floor tenants to Municipal corporation.
This also has not been followed.
Society should have given information to all the tenant when the installation process was started which was not followed.
Now we are observing that the mobile network tower installation is going on that also very quietly, information has not been given to the tenants of the society regarding the same.
When I tried to ask on whatsapp group of the society, then also no one is willing to answer.
This is creating a strong doubt in our mind that is there any thing going wrong.
