Today morning i have paid and closed my previous loan
But, suddenly evening rs.3480 is credited to my bank account, I just went and checked the OB Cash Loan Application
The Loan is assigned to me without my knowledge, immediatly i called to the helplline (8420808856) and complained them
They said, we will take back the loan, they said to pay the received amount thru their GPay account (7318842602 / obcashloan102@airtel) to refund
the amount, I have refunded immediatly, after that they didn’t closed my loan and not picked my phone call
I have tried with another helpline (7320032432), they also listened after that not picking my call
I have tried both the numbers around 100 times but they didn’t picked my call, instead of that they sent message thru my whatsapp
and saing to pay the remaining amount rs.2524 (Intrest Amount), i asked why i should pay, they not responding properly.
