I have installed OB CASH app through Google Play Store on 16th Feb 2022,
after i will check app the approved amount was showing Rs. 8000 due on days.
which is very less amount high charges and due on 6 days, for my need and it is not going to help, hence i uninstalled the app.
They are transferred 4640 Rs to my account without any intimation on the same day,
i.e there’s no formal communication (SMS, acceptance letter or agreement).
Then i have paid and closed my loan on 20th Feb 2022.
But, Suddenly 21st Feb 2022 Rs. 5220 credited to my account. Then i will check the OB Cash Loan app the Loan amount Rs. 9000 due on 6 days is allocated to me without my knowledge.
Immediately i called to the helpline (+91 8420808856) and complained, They said we will refund it. They will given Google Pay account number and upi id (7318842602 / obcashloan5566@sbi)
I have refund the Rs 5220 immediately to upi id – obcashloan5566@sbi.
After that they didn’t close the my loan and asking balance amount to Rs 3780 then only they closed the loan.
Please help me out for this, i am feeling scared seeing the review of harassment, extortion, identity harassment.
