We booked a flat with Oasis Venetia Heights on March’2016, it was agreed that you will have pay the EMI’s at the possession till the time builder will pay the EMI’s on behalf of the customer. Also, EMI’s were not paying on a timely basis we are getting the notice that your EMI is pending for this month. Hence builder asked me to pay EMI from my account and will adjust at the time of position.
Now builder denied to adjust my amount.
He is a cheater builder.
