It’s been more than 17 days my service complaint has not been closed I bought my air conditioner before 4 months, while purchasing the product from rathna fan house chennai they are promising like if you get any errors we will definitely complete your request within two days . We paid around 59k for an air conditioner and it gets repaired they won’t even replace or arrange a part.mainly a very bad customer care support they don’t even care about their customers even I sent a mail to them . They apologise and sent another mobile number ,that number is also switched off
