This is my complaint against nykaa for the order no.mentioned above. Nykaa is not attenting customers and not giving resolution. I am from Basti -U.P and i did shopping in lucknow nykaa store. Customer service is asking me to go and talk to store manager Anurag for this. How would i travel to store just for samples? They could have sent it right away at my home through online app. It is very disapponting to see that i wasted my money.
