Nykaa sent me a defective ray ban sunglasses worth ₹8631. I have raised the complaint twice and 1st they rejected my return request saying that the pictures were incorrect and the 2nd time they rejected it saying that the weights were all correct. How can the weights be wrong as all the products were same but it was a defective product. The outerbox the inner box and the product everything is damaged and after 10days nykaa is connecting all my calls and chats. I have showed them that it’s damaged from the left side and it’s not fitting it’s falling off they say the pictures now they are not responding.
