I have ordered from nykaa product get delivered 1 day late from estimated delivery and delivery boy left the product at my gate when I came and see box damaged and product spilled and damaged i complain bt they rejected my complain this is happening 2 nd time with me ..when I was new user they process my refund bt this time they are making excuses as 3-4 product is damaged ..they are not ready to accept
