I am an old customer of nykaa ..order item worth 6k ..half item is damage, missing and one product is of wrong shade ..they hire irresponsible delivery partner and they deliver product like a garbage ..if u order in bulk it’s sure 2-3 items will be missing ..it’s happens in past also
