I ordered a product of 700 and 10000 from nykaa which had the same return policy and both the products did not suit my skin so after using the 700 product for a week i opted for return as it was not suitable to my skin type they took the product and returned my money but the 10000 product has no description of age bracket when i ordered it but i got severe rahes after just a single use but after opted for return for it the nykaa refused to take it back saying that i had opened it ,how would I know the product works or not without opening it ….she told me the product is only for matured skin but nothing as such was mentioned on the site’s description of the product…..The are trying to scam me n i really need my money back
