On 24 September 2023 i ordered a suit from Nykaa Fashion with the order number NYK-14708008-0209925
I got a packet of Katran from them on sunday october 1st .
I immediately called the customer care and seek for support initially they told me yiur money will be refunded but now they are saying we have investigated abd the product was delivered accurately.
I have shared all the videos and photos of the product but they are not responding.
Please help me i have made a purchase of ₹4004 for which I got nothing
