in 2022 i joined nextwave during call they said we can cancel emi at anytime but i joined as nextwave genius but due to financial issues i said them because i cant pay 5k monthly so i asked to change to nxtwave smart than they said we will not change now so i said cancel my course they said okay but after monthes they changes to nxtwave smart instead they cancel the course i from upto that monthes i didnt study any thing in portal becuase they said if cant pay emi we lock your portal so i again again rquested still they dont cancel my emi now every month sending emi finfished 3 years still they dont cancel
