I am a student in nxtwave smart program.I joint this course on 7/7/2025 but there is a time limit for use mobile phone in my hostel so I am able to study this course.so I inform it to my guide on 8/7/2025 .I message on whatsapp , learNing portal, mail they don’t reply and also inform it to the manager.but now they said we can’t cancel the course .I don’t inform it with in 2 days.I have all evidence to inform them what can I do .
