Firstly, upon opening the packet, I discovered that a significant number of biscuits were broken. It was disheartening to see that a considerable portion of the biscuits had crumbled during transport or handling, making them unsuitable for consumption.
Furthermore, the quality of the biscuits inside the intact packaging was subpar. They appeared unusually dark and discolored, which immediately raised concerns about their freshness and taste. When I tried one of the biscuits, it had a distinctly burnt flavor, which was highly disappointing and unpleasant.
