I have a prepaid Airtel no for which I received a call on 01-05-2019 at 11:00 an that my no will be stopped due to such issue and the no stopped on 01-05-2019 at yyy7:00 p intjm. There was no prior call and I recharged for Rs 448 on 12-04-2019, there was no mention of KYC on that date also
