Hi,
This is Ravi Rathod an Airtel user. I have two airtel numbers and having 499 family plan. My 8149007234 is my primary number and 7769000228 is my secondary number. Now I want to port my both numbers for that I have send message from my primary number 8149007234 but getting message that UPC can not be generated. Then i called to Airtel customer care on 25th July and they registered a request to separate these to numbers then only UPC can be generated. During the same time they assigned a new plan 399 to my secondary number. And for the same I have received a message that my 7769000228 number has been separated and I will receive a separate bill starting from 24th July.
But till date my numbers are not separated and still not able to generate UPC.
Still I don’t have any clarity on the issue and there is no help or response from Airtel end.
My request id for number separation is 31-3238074385640.

I have mailed to Airtel and they reply me that currently the order is in pending status due to address verification and customer verification has been failed and I have to visit to Airtel store.

But no one visited or called me for address verification. And why should I go anywhere in this lockdown period.
My experience with Airtel is not good and I don’t think, there is anyone in Airtel who think about the customer problem and listen him.
Requesting you to please help me on this issue.
