Airtel number porting issue. have ported from Vodafone to airtel, porting complete but SIM that the team from New Friend Colony, New Delhi delivered was wrong. Now neither old number nor new SIM are operational. Airtel customer care at CP, Ms Nisha could not resolve the issue and escalated it to Mr Rohit. He after making the customer wait for 01 hour had indicated that he may be able to resolve the issue. but needs more time. He is not willing to escalate the matter up his boss Ms Ritu. Nodal officer mobile number not picking up, email done but no action. Requirement is very critical
