I B.V.R.Srinivas Managing partner of Satyanarayana jewellers Rajahmundry have ported from Idea to Airtel checking open network service of airtel which showed a good connectivity in my location.
Now i am not able to receive calls from my customers Even though phone is kept idol it says the number is currently busy. Even then with full signal bars i am not receiving calls instead people are hearing beep sound. At this pandemic situation i am not able to receive bank otp in my number and this number is my primary connection. I have reported airtel customer care on daily basis about my issue and there is no proper resolution for the same. The simple reply of cc executive is to register complaint through airtel thanks app which is also not working for me & I changed my plans for proper network it is also not I really don’t know what to do actually i want these numbers because all of my customers have these group numbers i have been cheated by open network of airtel. Now i want to change my network from airtel to VI(vodafone idea)even these people not changing my network & harassing through calls to all my numbers for don’t change the network we provide you more service but i’m done with this airtel network & I am loosing lot of important calls from customers due to this. Internet service is also not working even with 4G but secondary sim can be made use for it but incoming call which is basic necessity of mobile service is being denied by this airtel. So please take an action for this & please do need full
