Hello,
I am Mayuri and recently I decided to opt for Airtel service from my current Tata Docomo,I went to Airtel retailer shop in chapekar Chowk,pimpri chinchwad
The executive name Mayuri trying to sell me postpaid plan forcefully,but atlast I told her please just port my number to Airtel,she did the formalities of thumb impression ,entered CPC…but after sometime I received message of rejection of portability due to wrong CPC…and she did it intentionally just because of arguments I made with her.
Now it’s really irritating if staff of Airtel is such stupid that they are making away the customer.
Do take corrective action against the Airtel shop executive.
