My name is Saneesh. recently I ported this number from Vodafone Idea to Jio however I haven’t received a Jio sim for this I am now in the UK unable to use it. Request you to please send me the sim to the registered address. Also, send the instruction as well as how to activate the sim. I have sent you multiple emails to you however I haven’t had any reply yet. Could you please treat this as a complaint and deal with it asap?
