Hi Team,
I just want to let you know that i was using 9602610551 number from last 5-7 years and it is connected with Airtel. Day before yesterday the error “NO SERVICE” was started coming up and i was so concerned then i called customer care guys they told me that your number is permanently closed. This is not the way they treat their customer and without even informing me how could they disabled my number? Then and there i went to Airtle office near gaurav towers jaipur they told me due to some TOM BARRING they closed disabled your number i said this is not the way you guys should inform me as i paid all my bills on time and using the best package how ca they disable my number but they don’t have any answer. My business, meetings, banks all are connected with my prepaid number. Please take an action as they are not giving me any details.
Attaching proof that i have made recharges on my prepaid number. I ma so much tensed whether i will get my number or not.
