My fathers number is not working since last 3 days despite of making a yearly recharge on his prepaid number some 2 or 3 months ago. He is unable to make any outgoing calls or receive any incoming calls. Have come to understand that there can be some issues with the Sim Card and we need to visit the gallery. Please not that my father is senior citizen(75yrs) and we refuse to visit a gallery as per our doctors advise during this pandemic.
Need an immediate solution for this as all your contact numbers are absolutely useless and doesn’t help us in any manner wrt to our issue
