Before 2 months I had changed my Vodafone Postpaid Number to Airtel Prepaid (Mobile No – 95855 39989) and at 20th of May 2020 the number has been blocked due to some balance amount which needs to be paid for Vodafone and the same has been paid on 23rd May 2020 @ Vodafone Store the bill for the same has been attached for your reference.
Visit 1: (Airtel Showroom – Lakshmi Mills @ 24th May 2020)
They inform me that they will call back me on my alternate number; however there is no call back made for me.
Visit 2: (Airtel Showroom – RS Puram @ 28th May 2020)
Submitted all my documents for reactivation and the new sim got activated on 9th May 2020, however I am not able to receive incoming calls and sms from any number.
From Past 2 Days: Try to call for Customer Care not able to reach the customer care executive online.
So finally I need to know when I will get resolution for my problem.
