I’ve recently ported from BSNL to Airtel, believing that service is good. Airtel store at Nanganallur has collected 299 Rs from me as the first recharge but still, my number is yet to get recharge.
Now, Airtel has blocked my number. Their customer service is also not responsive. Feeling regret for changing from BSNL. Worst customer service better go with Jio
