I was using Airtel number from last 5 years but last two months Back the got inactive. So gone to my nearest airtel store they said that the number is not available.so sent mail to airtel customer care now they are telling like you need to pay 25000 rupees as this vanity no .
So my question is why should I pay for my number which I was using from last 5 years.
