Hi,

I had done prepaid recharge of 10 rupees voucher at my this number -9717102792 today – 17 April, 2021 to activate my incoming and outgoing services. Recharge was successful and balance of amount 7 rupees and 90 paise was credited in my account.

But I am not able to make any call and not even to receive anyone’s call.

Please do the needful steps and share the reason that why this is happening.
