Text of Complaint by Sadhana Singh:

Hi , I ported the number from BSNL to Airtel 9418399925 , I have been using that number for over 10 years and it’s connected to my all banks and other important businesses ,

after few days of moving to Airtel I started getting messages and calls that I didn’t pay the previous BSNL balance , however I did it , actually overpaid it

Still they disconnected it 3 times in an interval of few days and I had to go to office every time to get it started again , they said if I submit no due slip from BSNL it would be not happen again , so I did the the same , went to bsnl office and got no due slip and deposit at Airtel office

now after submitting all that a week ago they again disconnected and this time discontinued my number I have been using for more than a decade for the reason that i didn’t pay the amount , however I overpaid the amount and BSNL says I will get a cheque for the remaining amount .

so this is where I am at now . Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I would like number to be activated again .
