I am currently staying in usa and my number is deactivated. I was told it can be activated by visiting jio store in india
I visited jio store in west bengal but jio customer person in store did not accept and told me that it can be done from any where in india
I was in india for short time and this number needed to be activated but when visited in other state i was told to visit jio store in west bengal again
I have been given false information and have been mentally tortured for this activation
There are couple of tickets raised for this as well SR00001GWW57, SR00001HC51D
I am back in usa and this number was not activated even though submitted my document in the jio store near zip code 232328
I cannot visit jio store and jio team is keep saying that you have to visit this store or that store but no solution and each one is saying differently
