Dear Sir,
I Ajay Rawat is a regular and keen customer of Airtel since 2014.
I have purchased a SIM having no 7896155421 on Aug 2014 but suddenly yesterday am not able to make any calls or messages.
I rush to retailer and they give me new SIM state that “ Your number is blocked and it would actived with 24 hrs”.
Today morning same issue is still pending. And my new SIM activation application is rejacted as having wrong Name in ID.
(i) NAME AS PER AADHAAR CARD: AJAY RAWAT
(ii) NAME IN AIRTEL No.: AJAY RAHAT
I HAVE SUBMITTED AADHAAR ID AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION AND THIS NAME MISMATCH IS DUE TO HUMEN ERROR ONLY SO KINDLY APPROVED MY CHANGE OF NAME APPLICATION.

Again Today, I want to AIRTEL store in Nagpur and they suggest me either Go to Assam for update the details or change your number into POST PAID plan.
Now I requested you to kindly help me to out of this. As I am using this number for last 8 years and this is the only number I am using with my bank account and all related to my documents.
