Dear team,

Kindly help me with one of my Airtel number 9044982042 which I gave request to convert it to postpaid. in Airtel store sector 18 lady named kartika gave me new sim n given the assurance it will activate with in 24 hours. Their after lockdown started I unable to visit any Airtel store. Number is not yet started.

Now I came to know by visiting store that number can’t be activated. I was using this number from last 13 years. I need this number at any cost.

Kindly check n do need full.
