My self Chandra kumar, I m traveling with your bus from Jaipur to Delhi (starting time 1:55pm from railway station jaipur)
Your bus was stoped at behorad haryana for refreshments and stood there 1:30 hour for charging,I tried to call all given number but no one interested to entertain and all the people just ignored my concern.
Some here who has to catch flight but due to this they won’t able to catch.
I m writing you because I will never travel nuego and wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I will share my worst experience to all social site and one mail send to travel authority also.
Hope you can understand my situation.
