I booked 2 tickets from delhi to kathgodam on 25th july 2025 .my bus departure time was 10:40 pm from kashmiri gate ISBT pf no 47.
My pnr no is :- 10099613
Before departure of bus 20 minute before i got the message around 10:20 pm that your bus is rescheduled at 23:30 then after few seconds i got the message your bus is cancelled .we will initiate the refund for that .then i call the customer care no(18002679001) one picked up the call i called more than 20 times at toll free no ,then i go to the nue go counter at kashmiri gate nue go counter was closed that time ,then i called to the bus partner at 7678340363 more than 20 times he/she blocked my number at that time i feel that these types of bus companies doing work as per his convenient
Then i am writing this complaint after 5 days till now my refund was not provided to me .
And no satisfactory answer given to me
Nue go done high level of harrasment and more than 10000 times compensation to me for this harrasment and i appeal to the court must take the strict action against the Nue Go so passenger will not suffer same problems like this
