Dear Sir/Madam
Yesterday i.e., on 03 Jan 2024 the very first time i have travelled in your Ho Green NUEGO bus service, Bus was neat and clean and comfortable as i enjoyed my Ride, But i am very much disappointed with your staff in the bus Mr. Venkat Rao (Mob: 070133 71369) who was not cooperative & very rude as his behaviour was nor friendly. I was supposed to dropped at my Destination but he dropped me at the Service Point which was 12-13 away from the bus stop and the city. Even after my request to the driver he ignored as he said the person incharge in the Bus has not informed about the passenger destination at Suryapet so i am helpless to stop the vehiclle in the destination.
No passenger will be intrested to get down at your service point which is 12-kms away from the city where there is no means of rransport to city. I request you to please look into this matter seriously as you may loose your customers on their next Trip, also kindly take appropriate action on the both Host & Driver of this Particular Bus *AP39 UM3108 on 03 Jan 2024 From Hyderabad to Vijayawada Trip.*
*To reach my destination back i have been forced to Pay back ₹150/- to the transport after waiting on Highway for more than 40min. I have enclosed my Travel Ticket for your reference.
