मुझे जानकारी दिए बिना मेरे phonepe से 18 march 23 को 149₹, 2June 23 को 149₹, 20 sept 23 को 149₹ और 20 dec 23 को 149 का कुल 596₹ शुल्क Novi Digital private limited द्वारा काटा गया हैं। मैंने किसी भी चीज़ के लिए साइन अप नहीं किया था या शुल्कों को अधिकृत नहीं किया था, यह स्वचालित रूप से काट लिया गया था। मैं अपने पैसे का पूरा रिफंड चाहता हूं और इस अनधिकृत शुल्क की जांच की जानी चाहिए।
