On date 20th of February, a received a message from my bank service about a debit of ₹300 from my account without my permission/knowledge. On reading the message, a company called Novi digital had deducted the amount from my account without my permission. Moreover, I don’t have anything related to Novi. This confused me and made me suspect that a scam/fraud is being done by this company. And I would earnestly draw your attention into this serious issue. Thanking you with anticipation.
