I was given the task to complete 640 form within 7 days by Nova Tech Enterprises.  I received my user id and password I had started to work on it, but when I tried to contact the person who offered this project and processed it named Virat shah and the customer care number was switched off. Somehow I had completed the work within the stipulated time.

After 7 days when I opened my account then QC processing was going on and I was surprised to see that not a single form completed by me was right. Total 640 forms were marked as wrong and I was sure that it is impossible that even a single form is not correctly filed

After some day  on 22/4/2020 I got a call from a person named as Mahendra Prajapati (calling himself as an advocate). He called me up and said that you have not reached of your 90%accuracy  and you need to rectify 15 form to achieve the target and he gave me 3 options either  you have to pay sum of 5000/- as cancelling amount for contract to the Nova Enterprises or you have purchase Nova Tech Enterprises panel for Rs 15000(refundable) or for Rs 10000( non -refundable) at your option   to further work  with them .  I replied him that let’s discuss the matter and  I said that I need to talk to Virat shah (who offered me this work in the beginning) or HR manager of the concerned enterprise . I also offered to rectify my 15 form but only by not paying any  sum of money . Then he talked aggressively and used abusive language.

Then on 23/04/2020 (today) I  received a text message where there is written that a case has been filed against me and   I have to pay sum of 47950/- else I have to be present in court on 05/5/2020 at Maharashtra where I have to pay sum of 115950/- else police will arrest me.

I also want to inform you I also found similar complaint against same (Nova Tech Enterprises) on consumer complaint court and I really need your attention on this issues so that  many  of victims and prospective victims can be saved from these kind of conspiracies.
