Text of Complaint by Sadeqa Begum:

Would like to tell you that, my account has been debited twice yesterday with the amount of 499 rupees, which I believe is the complete fraudulent activity from your side. Moreover, I have no idea that how this program been subscribed. Hence, I would humbly like to urge you to process my debited amount refunded on an immediate effect. Thank you!
