Hi,
I am ARUN KUMAR SINGH was worked in HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, Hazra Branch, Kolkata, as a Sales Manager & I was given resignation on 02/02/2016 & as per company norms I have serve notice period of 1 month also which was mentioned in resignation letter also.
But from last 3 years company not giving my notice period salary. And HR says you have marked absconding in system.
Kindly intervene & do the needful.
