Sub: Notice against defective goods/deficiency of services by you.
Sir,
The undersigned is a consumer as defined under Consumer Protection Act-1986 as I have purchased the Nike Run Sports Mens Shoes from you vide your Invoice No.Retail97640 dated 24/06/2022 under ID R_10119601 by paying an amount of Rs.3,467/-
The said product is not up to the mark due to the following defect :
The NIKE shoes was tight and uncomfortable because it was duplicate and inferior in quality. I always used original NIKE shoes for my personal use. Hence, I am not interested for its replacement.
The above said act on your part has caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money. You are hereby asked to refund the amount of said goods within one week of receipt of this notice failing which the undersigned shall be free to launch legal proceedings against your act of unfair trade practice and deficiency of services and shall seek the refund the amount already paid to you with interest and damages for which you shall be liable. The Cash on delivery receipt and other related documents are enclosed.
This consumer notice may be treated as the last and final communication on the issue as I have already suffered a lot due to your deficiency.
