Subject – Regarding shipping damaged products
I ordered Whirlpool 207 L Direct Cool singal Doar 5 Star Refrigerator from Flipkart on 23/07/2023 with Order ID – OD428697174597158100. But I complained to Flipkart customer care that the product is damaged and still my complaints are not resolved. I always get damaged products from Flipkart. Also of customers on FlipkartMisleading bogus products are sold. I have repeatedly complained to Flipkart about this, but my complaints are not taken into account, so I am going to file a complaint against Flipkart in the consumer protection forum, Consumer court, to get back the money for this refrigerator.
