Have taken Pre Pass coupon for Nothing Phone 2 & during the product purchase in the final invoice am unable to find the Pre Pass amount adjustment (2000 INR). Have raised this query with flipkart customer care on 19th Jul & 24th Jul (2 incident), unfortunately the team is closing the incident without my consents. have contacted the customer care team almost 30+ times including their senior team member but every time they promising the solution however without notifying / discussing with me they are closing the incident.
