I had booked flight ticket with booking reference number REF959996135 on 26 December 2021 on Travolook and after that they had cancelled the booking and told you will be receiving the refund within 7-10 working days.
Already 3 weeks has been passed and till now I haven’t received the refund amount yet. Whenever I call their customer care, everytime they tell that there is some processing issue and you will receive it within 3-4 working days. This is going on since last 15 days.
There are no value in their words. They do not respond to emails.
It is totally a fraud company. Never book any tickets from this website.
