Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing this email complaint against JIO- Fiber connection not refunding my security deposit 1500 rupees till today. It’s more than one month’s I have not received my security deposit. There was one sales person who was trying to convince me to get Jio Fiber network and I made a payment on 21st February 2021 but after payment the technical person came to my house and they said they will not able to make connections because the set top box to my house distance is almost 900 meters. So I cancelled the Jio fiber connection on 21st February 2021 and sales person Mr. Subham Das told me that you will get refund within two days but it’s more than one month. I called customer care multiple times they said every time your request is on process.
They used to close my service request without taking any action on it. Everytime they used to give me a new service request.
I am requesting you a quick action taken against Jio fiber and get my money back as earliest.
